A patch of quite small flowers in BIG colors!
First the tall — of the ever-unfolding spring in the Huntington Desert Garden — this bloom on not that tall of a palm … spectacular! And then the small: another sweet cactus with a diadem of magenta blossoms ~

Pink hydrangea and bright green ferns … and another, magenta-colored flower … such a pretty combination!
A lovely day today in Winterthur, becoming saturated with impressionists, cubists, fauvists, etc at all the town’s spectacular museums–becoming saturated with sunshine too! And you know that if you run across some bougainvillea in a town on a warm sunny day, that town has plenty of that kind of day! Who knew that northern Switzerland was so warm!?
