It seems like purply, lavendery, pinkish hydrangeas have been the star flower of the summer in these pages … now here’s a change: green hydrangeas!
This summer must be the summer of the rose on this blog! Here’s another one, and … another palindrome!
Borrow or rob?
A great big pink and lavender planet of blossoms … with some smaller blue planets in its orbit in the distance …
The blossom is pretty, but I especially love the lavender and light teal colors of this cactus’s “leaves.”
Add to this picture a good breeze ruffling the leaves on that tree, the crazy calls peacocks make, and the fragrance of so many things blooming: jasmine for one, but lots of other things too.
More lavender colored flowers, these among drought-resistant grasses … against a backdrop of actual lawn (i.e. not drought-resistance) and a glimpse of white columns.
Beauty beauty everywhere! Up close (above) and at a distance (below). For information on this astronomical device, see this site here.
