Too rainy to go out all the live-long day … but it was fun to be inside contemplating the idea of an “atmospheric river” (which is what we’re in the midst of, according to this site here) — aka a “miracle March” — hurray! In the meantime, I hear it’s been crazy rainy in Seattle — and not “dry rain” either! And for a definition of dry rain, scroll down to the paragraph that begins “But I totally second everyone assuring you that umbrellas aren’t weird here” at this site here. But having defined dry rain … what’s “areal flooding”? Would it be a flooding of the atmospheric river? No … it’s flooding of local areas: e.g. streets, storm drains, creeks … etc.
