A sign of spring (especially with that spring-green green)? After a long, cold hiatus, a gathering of food trucks lined 4th street this afternoon, including this one, which I hadn’t gathered into my collection yet ~
The fridge door in apartment 58A is now not only true blue (compare with the shot of it here) but also mountain blue (as in the blue sky over the mountains surrounding Sun Valley)!
A lunch date with my friend Martha led me way downtown on foot–and back to Greenwich village by subway. On the on-foot “leg” of my journey, I got the picture below of the Freedom Tower going up.
I don’t know about this bar, but the real estate it occupies is very pleasing to the eye!
Such a difference a couple days make: from just ideas of blooms here to full exuberences of purple and orange today!
Big news in the realm of reduce-reuse-recycle: Revere Ware sells spare parts! The threads in this lid’s original knob had gotten totally stripped, so I googled Revere Ware knobs and found their spare parts website, and a week later . . . a new knob in my mailbox and then . . . on this lid!
